This position provides proactive leadership, strategic direction, and support to the STS - Mooresville facility in the area of Quality. Under the direction of the Director of Quality and the facility Operations Manager, the Quality Manager will inspire, lead, and execute strategic initiatives that enable optimum safety, productivity, service, quality, sanitation, and product security within the operations of the facility.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS FOR THIS POSITION: Promote quality concepts and principles throughout the organization by facilitating the Quality Lead Team, and by providing guidance and leadership for the developmen
