Work you'll do
This role supports a special team formed to advise senior leadership on the formation of dedicated, cross-functional data teams. These teams represent a new direction for the client, thus the team has been tasked to research needs, distill requirements, and propose the structure, composition, qualifications, and distribution of the data teams.
The client needs a consultant with some experience in organizational change management. The role also requires that the consultant be comfortable working proactively and independently, with the maturity to take broad direction; plan, coordinate, and execute a course of action; and know when to seek course correction and advice from the team manager. The role also requires the consultant to plan, coordinate, manage, and distill learning from small focus groups.
Familiarity with data occupations such as data scientist, data engineer, data manager is helpful. Familiarity with marketing research methods like human factors research methods is helpful, but not required.
