Are you looking to build a strong career? Then we have an opportunity for you! We are searching for a Digital Manufacturing Engineer to join our team located at our headquarters in Tamaqua, PA.
Your Role:
As a Digital Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for digital manufacturing innovation, implementation, and optimization across the plant and leading cross-functional teams to innovate, implement and optimize digital manufacturing projects.
You will have the opportunity to:
Work on business case realization, resource planning, financial budget management, and stakeholder management
Work with Operations to define requirements and prioritize opportunities that improve Net Rate / OEE and cost
Champion and advocate digital manufacturing transformation to plant leaders and other critical stakeholders to drive adoption of new tools and processes
Support the Lean Manufacturing philosophy and use of Lean tools
Liaise with external contractors, RCP plant and corporate resources to implement plant specific projects in support of the Digital Manufacturing Roadmap
Train and sustain programs and processes to ensure use of IIOT systems for tactical and long range planning
Be the SME for implemented IIOT systems and help troubleshoot and train staff as required
Identify use cases, generate plans and lead cross-functional teams for implementation of improvement opportunities

We need you to have:
BS in Management or Engineering or related technical field
3+ years of plant experience in a technical role
Experience in leading transformational initiatives in manufacturing and driving organizational change
Experience with manufacturing data, its effective use to extract critical information to make decisions and focus actions that drive improvement
