Bachelor of Science degree in an Engineering or Construction Management discipline with 7 or more years of years of project, maintenance, reliability and or construction-related experience in a chemical / petrochemical or other similar manufacturing environment.
Familiarity with EHS and applicable construction safety regulatory standards.
Understanding of construction techniques and practices.
Basic computer skills and use of business software (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.) are also a requirement.
Familiarity with quality control techniques and their application in the construction industry.
Ability to manage non-technical phases of project construction (e.g., planning and scheduling, receiving and handling systems etc.).
