Leadership position within the automotive business unit of Ticona. Responsible for drafting and executing strategic and marketing plan for growth in automotive value chain. Co-ordinate with other segment marketing manager to provide comprehensive BU growth strategy.

Responsible for leading and developing a team of application development engineers, market development managers and field technical service. Accountable for generating and managing application development programs and co-coordinating programs with technology and innovation group.

MBA preferred but not essential with 8+ years of professional experience in commercial/technical/marketing roles; technical or engineering degree preferred Prior experience of leading a team of professionals. Ideally, should be currently managing a team of direct reports. Automotive industry experience desired but not required Strategic thinker and execution oriented. Prior experience must demonstrate ability to create strategic plans. Understanding of plastics processing industry is desired. Position is based in Auburn Hills, Michigan
