Job purpose of Marketing coordinator is to manage all daily activities of marketing dept. Essential Functions: • Design, implement, and facilitate annual marketing plan and budget for the company • Research to identify clients, sector opportunities, and competition • Assist in identifying potential markets for products and services • Identify effective means of reaching new clients • Procure marketing collateral, including white papers and technical papers, make edits as necessary • Coordinate and participate in all events including meetings, speaking engagements, seminars, trade shows, and exhibits • Supervise marketing assistants and all other marketing team members • Keep current leads abreast of new developments at SIMTEC through newsletters, email blasts, etc. • Maintain database of advertising contacts and leads • Manage all lead nurturing activities • Planning and concept development and execution of print and media campaigns • Design, negotiate, and purchase advertising • Monitoring corporate communications plan and strategy for uniformity in message, including templates, tag lines, and logo usage • Origination, copywriting and editing of text used for ads and SEO • Maintain web site: keep pictures and content up to date, work with Google Ad Words, HubSpot, and other web marketing services in order to optimize relevant traffic to our site • Manage all PR and press communications • Initiate media opportunities including interviews and feature stories • Develop marketing literature, ensuring valid, current and accurate content • Edit materials according to specific market or customer requirements • Develop promotional materials • Assist in the preparation of materials necessary for presentations: Power Points, hand outs, samples, etc. • Other duties as assigned
