The successful candidate will work closely with both the commercial and RD organizations in an effort to facilitate growth initiatives and be accountable for improvements in the Granville Foams manufacturing plant goals & objectives. Key metrics include SAFETY & environmental compliance, QUALITY of both service & product, NEW PRODUCT development support resulting in IMPROVED financial results (profit & working capital).

The ideal applicant will possess and display the following attributes:

• BS Degree, preferably in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering or a related technical major.

• Prefer MBA (Management).

• Prefer experience in the manufacture of coated films or some other converting industry.

• Prefer customer focused experiences. • Requires strong leadership, managerial and supervisory skills, based on manufacturing operations experience.

• Requires effective comprehension of routinely-applicable financial concepts: - P&L, Balance Sheet, Cost Accounting, Cash Flow, Capital Management, and Budgeting.

• Requires the know-how to readily guide and support plant Health, Safety and Environmental initiatives.

• Requires effective oral, written and presentation communications skills.

• Requires 'problem-solving' and 'goal' orientations.

• Requires evident and effective interpersonal and team-building skills. Requires strong understanding of ISO, and Safety and Environmental systems to ensure compliance to all requirements both legal and Saint-Gobain
