Job Duties: In this position you will operate production machines in order to produce parts. Duties include: loading raw materials into machines, operating the machines, varying and modifying the cycle times as needed, and packaging parts. Additional duties/requirements include set up of molding machines, load raw materials, routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting, gauging of parts, completing required paperwork associated with part production, assisting shipping and receiving, and ensuring that all production meets or exceeds QC requirements and specifications. Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications: Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience as an injection molder.

Frequent standing, bending, lifting up to 40 pounds, and operating a forklift as necessary. Must have a solid work history. Ideal Candidate Qualifications: *Experience and knowledge of the operation of injection molding machines. *Background in liquid silicone rubber injection molding. *Familiar with validation processes for the production of medical devices.
