The Sr. Recruiting Consultant will be based in China. The person will be responsible for providing recruiting support for Flex China across region. Work closely with hiring managers on establishing sourcing strategy to attract, assess and deliver high profile talent. The role will manage full-cycle recruiting for mid and senior-level positions. Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do… • Support director level and above executive recruitment in China. • Manage and execute the full recruitment lifecycle process including requisition management, sourcing, screening and interviewing. • Provide timely advice and consultation to the HR and hiring managers to ensure quality hire and the company’s interest is protected. • Use multiple sourcing channels to source active and passive candidates. • Ensure consistent talent brand and image throughout recruiting campaigns and activities. • Handle assigned, or ad-hoc TA projects as required. • Daily data updated in Workday system.
Bachelor degree or above in HR Management, Business administration, English or related majors
At least 10 years’ experience as recruiter to support high grade level recruitment in MNC; Electronics manufacturing industry background is must;
Proven ability to identify and attract passive candidates through direct sourcing, social media, networking, referrals and other channels
Strong and proactive communication skills to interact with business stakeholders
Excellent oral and written English
Self-starter and team work spirit.
